Cottingham Rifle and Pistol Club Activities and Equipment

Cottingham Rifle Club do all their shooting at approved NSRA targets.

Prone rifle is shot as club nights on Tuesday and Friday evenings starting at about 7.00pm.

Bench Rest and Air Rifle/Pistol Shooting is shot as club nights on Thursday evenings. Approved Full Members can attend at other times to shoot their competition targets meeting up with other members by prior arrangement.

The club has a selection of .22 Target Rifles for prone, 3 Position (Standing Kneeling & Prone) and bench rest shooting and some air rifles, all available for new members to use.

There is also a selection of jackets, gloves and slings to use to support the shooter in the prone position.

Ammunition can also be purchased at the club for use on the range.

Competitive shooting is available at all standards through leagues run by Yorkshire, East Yorkshire and Leeds. For the more experienced shooter there are also National Leagues run by the NSRA, and the opportunity to be selected for Yorkshire County Teams.

Our range is in Northgate, Cottingham, near Hull, East Yorkshire, 50m West of the Cross Keys Public House.

Free parking is available for members and guests either in Northgate or down the side of the range.
